01

Lift & Align

We carefully lift and realign sunken concrete to restore a safer, more even surface while extending the life of your existing concrete.

We can also lift concrete stairs.

Clean & Seal

Professional pressure washing removes years of dirt, algae, and stains before a premium sealer is applied to help protect your investment from Oregon and Southwest Washington weather.

About Slabtown Pressure

Lift. Restore. Protect.

Sinking concrete is one of the most frustrating challenges a homeowner faces and one of the quickest ways to undermine your property's curb appeal. Beyond the eyesore, sunken or uneven slabs create genuine safety hazards and tripping risks for family, guests, and visitors. So what are your options?

Our innovative process can typically be completed in a single day

Rather than pouring new concrete over a sunken slab or grinding down a raised edge, our professionals fix the problem from the source, beneath the surface. By drilling small holes in the existing concrete, we inject a highly durable custom mix that fills underlying voids and creates a new, solid base. The slab rises back into place, the drilled holes are sealed with a matching mix, and the finished result shows little to no evidence of any repair.

Serving Portland Metro and Southwest Washington

Restoring concrete is not just about looks. It is also the responsible choice. Our process uses organic minerals rather than chemical bonding agents, making it an environmentally friendly option. Because we work with what is already there, we upgrade your property one slab at a time rather than sending material to a landfill. Something that looks old and worn can absolutely be brought back to life.

We also replace rotten or missing wooden expansion joints in driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks. This fast, effective service eliminates trip hazards caused by open joints, deters weed growth between slabs, and blends with the surrounding concrete, restoring both safety and visual appeal in one step.

The Slabtown Pressure team brings over 40 years of hands on construction experience to every job. Ours is a family business built on meticulous craft, the kind of skill that can only be earned through real world experience in the field.
